Don't let the sun go down
If someone offends you,go and tell them how you feel.If you ever truly cared for them, then let them be real.People have their bad daysand sometimes words offend.Perhaps they never meant to harm youand thought you’d understand.Poor choice of wordsa jest made in hastethey never meant their wordsto slap you in the face.Perhaps it was their wayof hiding their own pain. Please don’t let your angercause them so much shame.Don’t let the sun go downwith anger in your heartsuch grief is bitter poisonif you let it make its mark.

Donna, lovely to see you. Yes, we all fail at times. It's a path we often tread on our journey towards home. Thank you for your comments and may God bless you.

Ephesians 4:26-27
"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold."
and
Ephesians 4:31-32
"Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."
